As your Doula, I provide emotional and physical support during pregnancy, labor and delivery & postpartum. I take pride in taking a god based approach to my doula work and truly believe that birth is a gift from the lord, so we trust in him to get us through it. I also take pride in taking a natural approach to labor and delivery. Your body is capable of birthing your baby!
SUPPORT SERVICES
PRENATAL APPOINTMENTS
• 2nd trimester appointment: meet & greet, rough draft of birth plan, sign consents, answer any basic questions you may have regarding labor and delivery & birth planning.
• 3rd trimester appointment: writing the official birth plan, we will go over all my tools I use as a doula, talk through different scenarios with labor, answer any questions about labor and delivery.
LABOR & DELIVERY SUPPORT
As your doula, I will stand beside you from start to finish during your labor & delivery experience. During this time I will provide both emotional and physical support. I will assist with pain management and helping to keep both you and your partner grounded during this time.
POSTPARTUM CARE
Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible during this very vulnerable & life altering time in your life. I provide 2 postpartum visits, one at 1 week PP and 1 at 4 weeks PP. I will also have my lines open if you have any postpartum questions or if you simply need a shoulder to cry on.

WHO I AM…
Hi! My name is Erin Gehman. I am a wife, mama & birth doula from Lebanon/Lancaster county, Pennsylvania. I have 3 years of labor & delivery experience and recently decided it was time for me to open up my own business & see where the Lord takes me! My love for birth has grown more and more over the past few years and being able to support mamas in the most vulnerable and special time of their lives brings me so much joy.
